Urszula Lipsztajn Podcast

Urszula Lipsztajn is a Life Guide who helps her clients on a three part journey primarily through one-on-one coaching. She becomes their wind beneath their wings - something she feels you can’t do in a one-to-many environment.

90% of her clients go through a three part process that starts with self-acceptance.  How to accept the parts they like and not like, how do they forgive themselves and others, how do they let someone hold space for them without judgement.

Part two she calls the breakthrough zone. This is where they learn to be themselves and tap into inner in their essence and inner knowing and show up as themselves in the world. They also break old patterns and break free of hiding parts of themselves.

Part three is self-actualizing, which means simply doing what they need to do in the world.

People come to her through referrals. They feel lost and someone has put them in her direction. Now that she’s using language that’s really true to herself they understand how she can help them, they feel she’s the right guide.

She’s a big believer in daily practices. She’ll never encourage someone to do something she’s not doing herself.

We also talked about:

  • Humans have a finite amount of willpower so how can we use it wisely.
  • How do deal with your ego when it shows up.
  • Refining and testing her message in low risk places
  • Using practices to shift away from unhelpful habits.

“Purpose is using your strengths to serve and everyone is here to serve.”

Her business started to change when she decided to go “pro”. She took a curious scientist approach to going pro. She got photos, a great website, got help with copy, talked to clients, got feedback on packages and realized she wasn’t actually asking for the sale in many of her discovery sessions.

She talks about being summoned to bigger work and live in her values and be a bridge to allow everyone to be themselves, especially people of colour so they can show up and to their purpose in the world. She’s not staying silent anymore.

What mastery means to Urszula:
Being in the practice of honing your strengths to serve others.

Urszula’s core message:
Practice every damn day

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

workwithme2 podcast bio

Hey there. I know what it's like to try and fail over and over again. I've been through all the mindset ups and downs, feeling like a failure and wondering why it's so hard to attract amazing clients consistently.

I finally realized, more recently that I'd like to admit, I was still hiding. I was afraid to put my work into the world in case no one wanted it. What I really wanted was for someone to say, "hey you, your stuff is great, come share it with my audience".  Finally I realized that that would never happen, not until I started first.

Putting out my content and message into the world had to begin with me. I  committed to showing up consistently and building my own meaningful relationships. The result? Much more clarity about how to gain visibility and grow my brand. And, of course, THIS PODCAST which I'm thrilled to host!

If have questions about the podcast or suggestions about topics please send me an email at lisa(at)lisaprincic(dot)com. I'll respond to you right away.
