Program design - make your membership indestructible with these 5 elements
This episode follows on from last week's podcast where I shared my bad experience with online sales tactics. Now I’m talking about the opposite of marketing, and how the way you design your program can replace the need for traditional sales strategies.
I share the five key elements that you should include in your membership program which will mean that your members will love you and your program, becoming your biggest cheerleaders. And what better form of marketing is there than a referral?
These five elements are:
- Purpose
- Transformation
- Service
- Validation
- Inclusion
I'll not only go deep into that but I'll share more information about my flagship program coming soon!
I am so excited to announce that in July I’m launching my Profitable Membership Club. This will be exclusively for women who want to start up a membership scheme or have already set one up but need guidance on how to improve it. I’ll focus more on delivery than sales, as I believe if you get the delivery right, the sales will come. These membership schemes have the potential to replace the need for marketing!
