Scaling Deep - strengthen results & do better work using focus & impact as a guide for growth

Ever wondered why businesses rebrand and whether these pivots are necessary for business success?

This special episode marks a pivot for the podcast with a name change to Scaling Deep. Woohoo!

In this episode, I unwrap what sparked my business rebrand, how I’m taking a simple approach towards it, what this change means to me and my business and how I serve my clients.

Scaling Deep is my two-word rebellion and the name did not come from months of industry analysis. It came to me as naturally as possible - a few sign-posts along the road over the last few months made the decision to not only renew the idle URL I bought 3 years ago but make it my new online home.

I simply believed this is what makes the most sense for my business at this time and with a simple podcast and URL name change, I’m making it as easy as can be. No paralysing to-do lists, no big launches, no big deal.

The name inspires me to double down on growth and on making an impact… deep impact. Not necessarily by influencing hundreds of thousands of people in the lifetime of my business but by having meaningful personalized relationships that get good results.

Because I believe, more than anything, that simplicity and focus are the two most powerful guides.

Scaling Deep as an approach to marketing is more mindful and powerful. It’s the direct opposite of what mass marketers preach but will save you the cost of experimenting and trial and error before you finally figure out what works for your business and what doesn’t.

We all must take the time to learn how to create impact and get results for the few people we do come in contact with before a broad-reaching strategy will ever begin to work!

What You’ll Learn from this Episode:

  • What Scaling Deep means to me and for my business
  • What led me to rebrand and how I’m going about it
  • Step-by-step insight into how I’m applying the Scaling Deep strategy in my business
  • How I redesigned my service offerings to ensure impact and results
  • Why you should double-down on the channel that’s working for you rather than try to appear everywhere
  • Why you need a clearly mapped out marketing system

Hey there. I know what it's like to try and fail over and over again. I've been through all the mindset ups and downs, feeling like a failure and wondering why it's so hard to attract amazing clients consistently.

I finally realized, more recently that I'd like to admit, I was still hiding. I was afraid to put my work into the world in case no one wanted it. What I really wanted was for someone to say, "hey you, your stuff is great, come share it with my audience".  Finally I realized that that would never happen, not until I started first.

Putting out my content and message into the world had to begin with me. I  committed to showing up consistently and building my own meaningful relationships. The result? Much more clarity about how to gain visibility and grow my brand. And, of course, THIS PODCAST which I'm thrilled to host!
