Level up for business leadership instead of reducing your work-time
I’ve been thinking a lot about why some entrepreneurs are coasting along and getting the same lukewarm results every year. Those are ones who are probably fantasizing about it suddenly getting easier.
And then there are the business leaders, those who level up and have emerged as forces to be reckoned with. They appear to come from nowhere. Some of them worked really hard to get there. And some of them decided to work smarter.
They committed to growing strategically and grew in ways where they didn’t have to simply put in more client hours.
So what if, instead of trying to do less work, you levelled up and became a business leader instead? Instead of craving less you go for more. You satiate your ambition and become your potential.
If you know that you have something inside you ready to make a bigger impact, get some of your freedom back to do the things that matter, then watch here:
Business leaders have a big impact and they do this through fun leadership things. They have stepped away from a lot of the day-to-day operations and they get to speak, innovate, collaborate and other growth activities.
Business leaders also get to influence and empower others into taking their own action.
What if you got as much value from following your ambition as you would from taking a bunch of time off and stepped into your business leadership?
So as you move towards 2017 think about what this next year could really look like for you if you were choose to level up.
Do you have something to add to this? I’d love to hear YOUR perspective. Join us in the Soul Strategy Business Collective and let me know how you want to level up next year.
