Podcast #23 Jennifer Bronsnick page header

Personality tests come up frequently in the coaching world; they often provide a great framework for understanding yourself and your clients a bit better and can inspire you to connect with potential clients in new and different ways.

Human design isn’t a personality test per se, but a map of your “energy blueprint” that’s based in part on your birth chart. It sounds a bit out there, but our guest on this episode uses it as awareness-raising and problem-solving tool with clients, as well as a genius opt-in that helps her attract tons of warm leads.

Jennifer Bronsnick is a clinical social worker, human design specialist, and EFT practitioner. She specializes in helping moms recover from burnout and uses human design to help clients better understand their personalities and potential. She’s also a mother herself and realized she wanted to help other moms deal with burnout after dealing with it herself.

Jennifer and I talk about running an online service business, trusting your intuition, and so much more in this episode. We discuss creating offerings that resonate with your audience while keeping your message clear, how she decided to start outsourcing work in her business, and her excellent marketing approach. And we touch on how she gets invited to speak in front of other people’s audiences without coming across as competitive or one-sided.

One core aspect of Jennifer’s work that sets it apart is her willingness to embrace her unique personality as a crucial piece of her ability to successfully run her business, serve her clients, and enjoy being a mom. This acceptance of who she is has allowed Jennifer to create a business that’s aligned with her values on many levels – from her generosity toward potential clients, to her embrace of hiring employees, to her welcoming yet focused marketing strategy.

What You’ll Learn from this Episode:

  • How Jennifer integrates insights on her personality into her business model.
  • Why she has multiple offerings and how she decides when to introduce new ones.
  • How Jennifer decided to take the leap to start outsourcing important work in her business.
  • Why she’s so passionate about helping moms tackle their burnout.
  • The role human design plays in Jennifer’s life & work and how your birth chart affects your parenting, relationships, and business.
  • Why she focuses her marketing efforts on three distinct channels.
  • How Jennifer uses a genuinely high-value opt-in to build her list and generate warm leads.

What Mastery means to Jennifer:
The process of learning, failing, getting back up and growing when it is something that means a lot to you.

Turning point:
I struggled with burnout last year and it made me rethink everything I was doing and shift my business.

Jennifer’s Core message:
There is no such thing as a perfect mother, but there are a billion ways to be a great one. The key is following your unique strategy for well-being.

Hey there. I know what it's like to try and fail over and over again. I've been through all the mindset ups and downs, feeling like a failure and wondering why it's so hard to attract amazing clients consistently.

I finally realized, more recently that I'd like to admit, I was still hiding. I was afraid to put my work into the world in case no one wanted it. What I really wanted was for someone to say, "hey you, your stuff is great, come share it with my audience".  Finally I realized that that would never happen, not until I started first.

Putting out my content and message into the world had to begin with me. I  committed to showing up consistently and building my own meaningful relationships. The result? Much more clarity about how to gain visibility and grow my brand. And, of course, THIS PODCAST which I'm thrilled to host!
