When I set out to explore business operations this month, I thought I’d be talking to experts about more technical aspects of business: project management, admin, organizational tools and other not-so-glamorous (sorry!) parts of being an entrepreneur. But I’ve been surprised by how much of business operations is actually centered around the thing I love most: the customer.
When it comes down to it, delivering an exceptional experience to our customers is the foundation of a standout business. Everything we do - our branding, our marketing and our growth - is rooted in providing excellent value and service to our clients.
