The real secret behind consistent business growth is not what you think

When I set out to explore business operations this month, I thought I’d be talking to experts about more technical aspects of business: project management, admin, organizational tools and other not-so-glamorous (sorry!) parts of being an entrepreneur. But I’ve been surprised by how much of business operations is actually centered around the thing I love most: the customer.

When it comes down to it, delivering an exceptional experience to our customers is the foundation of a standout business. Everything we do - our branding, our marketing and our growth - is rooted in providing excellent value and service to our clients. 

That’s why I wanted to spend an episode talking about why you should be focusing on and refining your customer experience if you want to harness the real secret behind consistent business growth.

Hey there. I know what it's like to try and fail over and over again. I've been through all the mindset ups and downs, feeling like a failure and wondering why it's so hard to attract amazing clients consistently.
