Show clients how you’ll get them results with a client success map

I’m always looking for new and better ways for service businesses to communicate their value to potential clients. Naturally, this means I’m always experimenting on my own messaging, too, and recently I’ve started using something called a client success map. It’s so simple, clever and effective that I just had to share it with you. 

Potential clients are weighing quite a few things when calculating whether you are the person to take them where they want to go. How experienced are you? Do your values align with theirs? Most importantly - can you help them get the results they want? That is the number one thing your clients want to know. So it’s super important that you can show them exactly how you’re going to help them reach their goal.

This is where the client success map comes in. In this episode, I’ll walk you through what exactly a client success map is, why it will inspire confidence in your potential clients, and how I’ve started using this tool in my own business. I will also share what goes into my own client success map and how I’ve refined my process for getting amazing results over time.

Hey there. I know what it's like to try and fail over and over again. I've been through all the mindset ups and downs, feeling like a failure and wondering why it's so hard to attract amazing clients consistently.
